We purchased this 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in April 2025. We partnered with an investor for this deal.

This is another BRRRR deal that we successfully executed and completed in August of 2025. We performed the following value-add repairs: installed new gutters and four new windows, demolished the garage, installed railings and columns at the front, rebuilt the deck at the back, installed new faucet and light fixtures in the kitchen and a few other minor repairs. We found a tenant and refinanced the property at 80% LTV.
