We purchased this 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex — 3 bed, 1 Bath on both sides — in March 2025 for $85,000. This property was already rented when we bought it, though we plan to do some value-add repairs to it and then refinance it. This includes new gutters, soffits and fascia, porch repairs, new exhaust fans in the bathrooms, and other repairs throughout the property. We partnered with an investor to execute this deal.

There are no pictures of the interior because both units already had tenants in there when we purchased it.
