Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat — BRRRR

We purchased this beautiful 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in December 2024. We partnered with an investor for this deal.

We made this a BRRRR deal and performed the following value-add repairs: replaced the roof and gutters, demolished a crumbling shed in the back, replaced the water heater, installed railings and columns at the front and back yards, installed electric baseboards, bought new appliances, insulated the attic, and completed a few other small repairs. Then, we rented and refinanced the property.
