This is a BRRRR deal that we successfully executed and completed in March 2026. We performed roughly $21,600 in value-add repairs and refinanced the property at 70% LTV. We had tenants there for 6 months and then got new tenants on a yearly lease.
There was such little time between tenants that we didn’t have time to take before and after pictures.
